Every piece I make is created with care, using high-quality materials that are kind to both the skin and the planet.
Gold Filled:
Sourced from the US and often made from recycled materials, gold-filled jewelry has a thick layer of real gold bonded to metal. It's a long-lasting, high-quality alternative to solid gold. Polish using a soft cloth, soap and water. Stamped and nickel-tested.
Sterling Silver:
Most of the silver I use is recycled. It's genuine 925 sterling silver from EU - durable and easy to polish for a fresh shine anytime. Just use a soft brush/cloth, soap and water. Stamped and nickel-tested.
Goldplated Stainless Steel:
My plated pieces come from trusted suppliers outside the EU and are tested according to the EU REACH standards for safety. Polish with a soft cloth.
Stainless Steel: Strong, shiny and low-maintenance. It won't tarnish and is perfect for everyday wear - even for those with active lifestyles or sensitive skin. My stainless steel pieces come from trusted suppliers outside the EU and are tested according to the EU REACH standards for safety. Polish with a soft brush and soap + water.
Glass beads/pearls: I care about our world. This means whenever possible, I love to use pearls and beads I've sourced second hand. I avoid buying beads in bulk from manufacturers because that means more production and more resources taken from our nature. I rarely use acrylic or plastic beads because the main material in these is still oil. When plastic beads break down, they turn into microplastics and the colour of the beads may also release onto your skin.
All gold-filled and silver pieces are stamped and nickel-tested. If you have any concerns about allergies, just reach out - I'm happy to help you find the perfect piece!
Here are the care instructions for each material used in our jewelry:
Gold Filled:
- Water-resistance and fine for daily wear - but avoid pools, hot tubs or long showers
- Avoid perfum, lotion & hair products
- Clean ently with a soft, dry cloth - no chemicals or polishing paste needed
- Store seperately to avoid scratching
Sterling Silver:
- Safe to wear daily, but remove before swimming to avoid tarnishing
- May darken over time - polish with a soft cloth or silver cloth to restore shine
- Keep in an airtight bag or bow when not worn
- Avoid moisture, harsh chemicals and long exposure to air
Gold-Plated Stainless Steel:
- Water-resistant, but the gold layer may wear off over time with frequent exposure to water or friction
- Avoid perfume, lotions and chemical cleaners
- Clean gently with a soft cloth and store in a soft pouch
Stainless Steel:
- Tarnish-free, hypoallergenic and perfect for daily wear
- Water-resistant and easy to clean with soap and water
- Avoid rough surfaces to prevent scratches
