Here are the care instructions for each material used in our jewelry:

Gold Filled:

• Water-resistance and fine for daily wear - but avoid pools, hot tubs or long showers
• Avoid perfum, lotion & hair products 
• Clean ently with a soft, dry cloth - no chemicals or polishing paste needed 
• Store seperately to avoid scratching 

Sterling Silver: 

• Safe to wear daily, but remove before swimming to avoid tarnishing
• May darken over time - polish with a soft cloth or silver cloth to restore shine
• Keep in an airtight bag or bow when not worn 
• Avoid moisture, harsh chemicals and long exposure to air

Gold-Plated Stainless Steel: 

• Water-resistant, but the gold layer may wear off over time with frequent exposure to water or friction 
• Avoid perfume, lotions and chemical cleaners 
• Clean gently with a soft cloth and store in a soft pouch

Stainless Steel: 

• Tarnish-free, hypoallergenic and perfect for daily wear 
• Water-resistant and easy to clean with soap and water 
• Avoid rough surfaces to prevent scratches 
• Dry thoroughly before storing

Brass: 

• Develops a natural patina - can be polished or left for a vintage look 
• May cause slight discoloration on skin if worn in water or with sweat 
• Avoid moisture, perfumes and chemicals
• Polish with a soft cloth or brass cleaner to restore shine 

Polymer Clay: 

• Lightweight and handcrafted - sturdy but not unbreakable 
• Avoid bending or dropping 
• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth - no chemicals needed 
• Store away from direct heat or sunlight to prevent warping
